Eunice KitchenElite Trainer
Eunice has over 20 years personal training experience and is certified by The American College of Sports Medicine. She is also a Fitness Specialist for the Older Adult certified by the Cooper Institute of Aerobic Research. Eunice holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Systems/Dietics and uses it as a tool in her specialty of helping clients with weight loss management. Eunice has dedicated most of her career to Public health and has served as a Nutritionist under The Texas Department of Health and the University of Texas Medical Branch. After a lengthy apprenticeship in the Pilates Method, Eunice is now a certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. She uses the Pilates movement as an additional component to improve flexibility, core strength, and endurance with her clients. She has received continuous training at workshops facilitated by some of Joseph Pilates Protégés such as Lolita San Miguel.

Eunice attained the National Level status in the sport of bodybuilding winning numerous competitions. Amongst some of those, The Texas Lone Star Classic where she place first and The Ms. Iron Maiden Bodybuilding Championships in Venice Beach CA featured on ESPN.

Willie KitchenSenior Trainer
Willie is co-owner of Muscles and Curves gym and has more than 30 years experience in health, fitness, and strength training. He has been instrumental in helping many high school athletes achieve college scholarships. Just a few of his accolades include state championship power lifters, bench press champions, and many D1 college athletes. Willie himself is a former competitive bodybuilder who has competed in several state level competitions.

Grapeland native Courtney Smith has been in the fitness industry for over five years with more than three years experience as a personal trainer. Courtney is dedicated to helping you meet and excede your fitness goals, whether that is weightloss, strength training, toning, or sculpting.
Mark ReedPersonal Trainer
Mark is a Navy veteran, having served 6 years as a rescue swimmer. Mark is certified as a personal trainer with ACSM and he has competed as a Men’s Physique bodybuilding competitor. In addition to personal training Mark is attending Stephen F. Austin University pursuing a BA in Kinesiology.
