We are proud to welcome back Jojo to our family here at Muscles and Curves. Jojo has attained an expansive knowledge base in fitness, which includes the following certifications: NASM-CPT, NASM Corrective Exercise, NASM Performance Enhancement, Yoga, USA Weightlifting, and USA Powerlifting Coach.
She loves teaching Group Fitness, such as Cardio Kickboxing, Bootcamp,, and Metabolic Conditioning circuits.
Her quest and thirst for fitness began after experiencing her own weight loss of 80lbs. after two pregnancies.
